We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser details, and security logs used to protect the platform.

We use information to process and manage stall requests, send confirmations and updates, prevent abuse or fraud, support account access, enforce show workflow rules, and improve platform reliability.

3. Sharing of Information

Request data is shared with the relevant Horse Show Management and authorized show staff responsible for handling your submission. We may also share data with service providers that help us operate infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, and security controls.

4. Show Management Control and Liability Context

Horse Show Management may use your submission data to interpret and decide questions related to entries, waitlists, approvals, scheduling, and show operations. Management may limit entries, refuse or conditionally accept entries, combine or cancel classes, and make related operational changes as needed.

As part of show entry operations, submitted data may be retained in records used by management to document requests, decisions, and communications. Liability and release terms related to show participation are described in our Terms & Conditions and applicable show rules.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain request history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce terms.
