Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of StallRequest and any stall request, series request, or related show-entry workflow processed through the platform. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms and to any additional rules published by the applicable horse show or management group.
1. Management Authority and Final Decisions
The applicable Horse Show Management reserves the right to interpret and decide all questions and conditions arising from, related to, or incidental to a show and its entry process. Any questions not specifically covered by posted rules or platform workflows may be decided by Horse Show Management, and those decisions are final.
2. Entries, Classes, and Schedule Changes
Horse Show Management reserves the right to limit entries in any class, section, division, or show week; to refuse or conditionally accept entries; to cancel entries; to disqualify riders or exhibitors; to prohibit exhibition of entries; and to cancel or modify awards, classes, ring assignments, judges, specifications, or schedules, including combining or canceling unfilled classes, with notice when practical.
3. Risk, Liability, and Release
Horses entered for competition are under the operational control of Horse Show Management while participating in show activities. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, StallRequest, Horse Show Management, and each show’s officials, employees, directors, officers, sponsors, and facilities are not responsible for loss, damage, illness, fire, theft, accident, injury, or other causes affecting any person, horse, equipment, vehicle, or property.
As a condition of entry, each exhibitor agrees to release and hold harmless StallRequest, Horse Show Management, officials, employees, directors, officers, sponsoring entities, and show facilities from claims for damages, losses, costs, or recourse arising from participation, attendance, stabling, transport, or on-site presence.
